Oracle decides to use Pearson VUE in stead of Prometric but they don't tell us why?

Any idea why?

From what I understand: Prometric Sucks!

If Oracle initially decided to choose Prometric...THEN...decided to use VUE, I'd say that Prometric screwed the pooch.
